Photographic negative, Centre street, 1924 looking south from 300 block”, “(Stevenson bros. store’s on corner of Centre & 3rd, and it burned n 1932)”, the date “1924” and the number “15” in the top right corner and also in the middle of the opening. Buildings from left to right: Ford The Universal Car, a plates store, Drugs, Train Station, there is a banner across the street which says “Welcome to Our City”, Empress Hotel, Rex Cafe, Royal Cafe, Thompson’s General Store, Naismith Hardware, department store “July Anniversary Sale”. There are many people on the street, a horse, late model cars and a bicycle. Road surface is dirt.Materials
