Black and white photo of Shaunavon Fire Department / brigade. Stevenson Bros. General Merchants in background. Stevenson Bros. was on 3rd Ave. W., where (City Meat Market, then locker Plant, then, Warlodge) now C&D Motors (1985) located. Stevenson Bros. was built in 1913. In 1918 it was destroyed by fire. A new store was built across the street. (C.C. Tannahill, Sask. Numismatics) Frank Bransted and George Archambault should be in this picture. George may be sitting on the ground at right (Info. from G. Barr 1985). There are two duplicate photos of this image: 1932.117.2 and 2001.19.8.
