Description

Photographic postcard of a group of men on a steam tractor with metal wheels pulling a plow with hand operated blades. Names are written on the photo in blue pen “Magnus Johnson, Tom Selvig, Frank Busse, Fred Stevenson and Levi Thompson”. Written on the back in blue ink “Busse’s and Stevenson’s outfit in 1909. Alfred was water hauler and coal hauler and steered the outfit from 5 to 7 AM and 12 to 1 PM. Please return (underlined) to Myrtle Thompson Box 118 Shaunavon, Sask.” and written in pencil on the back is also “Rt Joe Ann Ruetz”.
