Photograph of Maxwell Douglas McGregor in what appears to be a graduation gown. Photo is mounted onto a brown cardstock folding frame. The left flap has, written in pencil, “M.D. McGregor 1917”. The photo has some dirt spots on it and the frame is worn in places and the back appears to have had liquid spilt on it.
