Photographic postcard of the Shaunavon - Gull Lake Stage Coach, c1917, “Red Ball Stage Line”. This photograph was downloaded and printed off E-Bay from a sellers post, the museum does not physically have or own this photograph, however it was deemed important to have this image in the collection. Photo may have been taken in front of the Strathcona School. Text on back of postcard reads “Taken at school house in Shaunavon Sask Canada on April 26 1917. The spot on side is red, a trademark, we call it the red ball stage line. It is a J. I. Case car, 45 H.P. 4 1/5 X 5 tires. Have has 9 people on one trip, $45.00 for two hours time.”Materials
