Description

On back of photo is written Shaunavon Union Hospital (original hospital 1917) “B” Converted to Southwest Nursing Home (1967) and “A” Razed and replaced with new additional beds for nursing home. This information is not totally correct but should read “B” was built in Oct 1923 and picture appears to be after 1950 when the front of “A” was revamped with the additions of office space, waiting room and lab and x-ray were brought upstairs.
