Photographic Postcard, Shaunavon, 1923. Fair grounds / race track, view of finish line for horse race. Three horses and riders visible, group of men and boys along the rail. Judges in a raised covered platform. In the background is a baseball team and in the background to the left is what appears to be a soccer goal. Written along the lower edge of the photograph “Shaunavon, 1923.” on the left and towards the right “18”. Also stamped on the back in black ink is the number “179’”. Lower right corner was torn off and reattached with tape.
