It is a rectangular block of wood with three individually hand carved reliefs nailed to the block. Two of the reliefs are carved fireworks (small and medium). The medium sized firework is attached with three small nails and some small areas are marked with red pigment. The smaller firework carving is located in the top right corner. It is attached with two small nails and is also marked with red pigment in small areas. The third and largest relief is a rectangle with the phrase carved "IN PERSON" backwards with areas marked with red pigment in small areas. All relief surfaces are a dark auburn. The block has areas with glued on fibres and small notch on the bottom left side. The back is covered in strips of glued on paper/masking tape.
