It is a rectangular block of wood with a machine cared "?" symbol (movable typeface). The relief is a uncommon light pink.The carved down portion is multicoloured including bright blue, pink, neon yellow and neon green. Drop of light pink paint on relief surface. The back is marked with red, blue and pink pigment. The old accession number is also written in permanent on the back.
