It is a rectangular block of wood with a hand carved relief of the number "5" backwards. The relief is varnished or polished and is a combination of dark red and black. The carved down portion is red and the surface is rough. The back is dark blue with patches of orange. Appears to have been part of another block. There are partial unreadable and readable letters. Two readable letters are "A" and "M".
