It is a rectangular block of wood with a carved relief of he number "7" backwards. The relief appears to be buffed or varnished and carved by machine due to the lack of errors and overall consistency. The relief is coloured with black, red, dull orange and white ink. The carved down portion is Burgundy with black underneath which is only evident because the Burgundy paint is chipping and peeling to a great extent. The back has curved, raised, vertical lines across the entire surface.
