Moveable Typeface Tongue and groove joined rectangular wood block. Block 1 of a 9 part 11-½ inch tall moveable typeface number series. Front: Stained dark red-block is a relief wood zero "0" with recessed wood defining the number. Stain is equally concentrated onto both surfaces. Left and right sides of "0" are rectangular because they run along the block edges. Sides: Plain wood with a lot of residual red stain, near the front edges and in the wood grain. Back: Has a large piece of paper 22.2cm wide by 28.7cm long glued to the back. Both paper and outer wood edges have large amounts of red ink stains.
