Description Image of a float in the 1943 Frontier Days parade. The float is from the Dominion Experimental Station and the sign on the float reads "1943 // Dominion Experimental Station // Canada' Agricultural War Effort // Growing of various crops for OIL and RUBBER". It bears small plots of various plants, including Russian Dandelion, Soybeans, Safflower, Flax, Rape, and Sun Flowers. Spectators line the street, visible businesses include Princess Cafe.
