Document pertaining to William Chew, likely an identification card from an immigration office in Winnipeg, associating him with the Consulat de la République de Chine. Most of the writing is in Chinese, except basic information about William. This includes his age, date of birth, name of business, children, and where he lives. The "C Chew" is for Charles, the "V Chew" is for Victor, and Mrs Chew's first name is Margaret. The "A Chew" is unknown. The card also has a small photo of William Chew pasted inside.
