Description Document pertaining to William Chew, likely an identification document because it contains a photograph in which he looks at least ten years younger than other photos. The cover of the document contains an image of the Republic of China flag that started being used in 1928. All of the writing is in Chinese.

Marks/Labels There is a circular stamp with English characters, but they are not readable. The number "164" is also stamped on the front.
