Description Blue cotton collar with an attached shirt front or dickey. It has two sets of button holes down the front, and another button hole at the back of the neck. Only one button remains and is a collar stud of the style that is not sewn on, but fastens like a cufflink. The fabric is blue with a woven straw pattern.
