Light bulb with a frosted glass envelope as well as a pointed top from blowing the glass. The bulb has a metal (brass) screw cap with a small soldered plug, perhaps where the bulb was filled with inert gas and then sealed. The electrical contact on the bottom, but the filament is not visible due to the frosted glass. Frosted bulbs began being manufactured c.1920s.~root~>
