Description Black outdoor cape, intended for a girl about 8 years old, used in 1898. The cape is short as it covers only the torso. It is made of wool melton with a wide collar, and a silk ruffle at neck. It fastens around the neck with a hook and there is a black bow where it fastens in the front.
