Ladies cream-coloured dress hat with a round top and upturned brim. The hat is covered in an off-white fabric, and the brim is covered in ruffled silk with silk straps that tie under the chin. Bunched satin also on the brim forms a decorative bow. The top part of the hat is divided into six sections like a baseball cap with a button at the top.
