Blue Velvet Bonnet

Description Ladies bonnet, skullcap-style that is pinned to the hair. The hat is very stiff, covered in blue velvet leaves and decorated with beads and rhinestones, along with a mesh veil attached to the front.

Marks/Labels Tag reads "Noreen Fashions", and a second tag has an image of a gift box as well as the letters "ADJ".
