Canadian General Service badge. The pin is screw-back style and bears an image of a crown with three maple leaves. This was for members of the Naval, Military, or Air Forces of Canada who had declared their willingness, or who had engaged, to serve in any of the said forces on active service beyond Canada and Overseas, during the WWII, and who have been honourably ceased to serve on active service after not less than three months of continuous paid service and by reason of physical disability.

"210307 // Penalty For Misuse 500 Dollars Of Six Months Imprisonment" stamped on the back of the pin. "The Victory Patented" stamped on the back of the fastener.
