White Cotton Petticoat

Description White cotton petticoat, with a drawstring waist, and two lines of hand crocheted trim at the hem. The petticoat belonged to the donor's mother, nee Marjorie Couch, born in 1904 in Toronto. It was made by Mrs. Jim Hutchinson.
