Tiered Cotton Skirt

Long skirt for a dress, made with a pale grey cotton lining with pink flowers. A cord through the hem of the lining acts as crinoline, allowing the outer skirt to be very full. The outer skirt is made from a very light fabric, with six encircling ruffles down the length. Two overlay panels are attached at the hip, and are made of a printed gingham with a blue ivy pattern.
