Red Flapper Dress

Flapper-style dress with a low straight waist. The lining is a satiny red fabric and is covered with sheer black chiffon. There is ornate beading and rhinestones around the hem and waist, with more simple beading around the neck and arm holes, which are sleeveless. Some reconstruction work has been done on the beadwork.
