Description Large blue bow that attaches to the hair with pins. A short mesh veil hangs down from all the way around bow. The garment was purchased from a millinery store.

Marks/Labels Tag found inside the box that held the hat reads "Lady Eade Millinery // Reorder Stub - Tear and Hold" with several handwritten numbers on the back, including "307", "4.95" and "1.00"
