Glass in bottle with black metal screw-on cap with a crimped design circling to top quarter of the cap with an unpainted metal rim at the bottom. The cap has scratch marks and is dented. The bottle is hexagonal and made of clear glass with a manufacturer’s label on the bottom. A yellow label covers the front of the bottle with a half-blue, half-black horizontal oval in the middle. Within the oval is yellow cursive and bold text. Above and below the oval is uppercase bold lettering in red; the bottom line of text is divided by a small symbol resembling an ink pen dipped in a bottle. The bottle is two-thirds filled with Blue-Black ink.
