A dark metal double-pronged tuning fork with 0.3cm prongs. The prongs of the tuning fork are rectangular in shape. The end is finished with a dull pointed end and an etched ring around the circumference near the end. The metal is tarnished throughout the instrument. They are markers marks that are etched into the metal (see marks/labels/inscriptions)~root~>

"International Pitch Warranted" on prong edge on front. The first "I" is worn out. And the mark beside looks like a tuning fork comprised of numbers and letters.
