Tongue and Groove rectangular wood picture block. Front: stained yellow. The majority of this block is recessed wood except for the stand in the bottom left section and the borders which are created using a relief design. The bottom relief section is 1.4cm wide and runs across the bottom of the block. Above this is a 2.8cm wide recessed strip, before moving into the stand design in relief wood, providing the outline. Moving towards the right is a recessed section which represents a clown. To the left and above the clown, and directly above where the stands are, is a final recessed section shaped like an inrolled scroll of paper. Sides: residual yellow ink stain and black ink marks in the grain Back: residual stain across the back, "yellow" written in red, "No 215" stamped on the back, "BOT" stamped in red on the right edge, and "215" written in pencil~root~>
