Rectangular wood block Front: it is a yellow stained rectangle with 2 carved relief words along the front. The first word is "HELL" and the second is "DRIVERS". "HELL" begins in the bottom right corner and curves upward. "DRIVERS" begins under the first "L" in "HELL" and then curves upward to the left corner with the letters increasing in size. "HELL" is about 24cm long. "DRIVERS" is about 34.5cm long. Back: there is a strip of whiteout along the bottom right corner with the previous temporary number written on it. Right beside it (to the left) is a strip of masking tape with "DAG 300" written upsidedown in red ink, "Yellow" is handwritten in pencil in the middle at the top.

Notes: Height refers to the thickness of the block, width measures from top to bottom, and length measures the distance across the block from side to side.
