Description Photograph, glued onto a page in volume 10 of the Kiwanis Club fonds - November 9, 2010 accrual, in the report entitled "Swift Current Kiwanis Club Agriculture and Rural Relations Committee Report for Year 1939", image of the original Kiwanis Park, located south of the hospital between 4th and 6th Avenue Northeast, taken in 1939, caption under the image reads "Still pond in northwest corner of Park to receive water from City hydrant and run-off water from adjacent higher lands. Purpose of the still pond is to reduce the force of the water for spreading on the land. Spring 1939."
