Image of a group of men outside wearing hats and overcoats, snow on the ground, in Kiwanis Park, gathered around a large rock with a plaque on it, a monument, memorial, to Harold (Shorty) Kemp, a Swift Current Kiwanis Club member and a designer of the Kiwanis park, a Union Jack flag of wrapped around the stone.
