Description Photo in a small photo album, image of a large piece of heavy machinery on Cheadle Street East. The images in the album suggest that they are digging up or re-laying city streets, perhaps to install pipes. A machine from the Parsons Company from Newton, Iowa is being used. Visible businesses include the Yager Block, Credit Union, and Ham Motors. Developed 23 May 1956.
