Wood block is a black (dark blue) rectangle with a border of raised smooth wood on front. The middle of the block has scratches all along it, especially in the middle (from the carving away of the wood surface). There is a label on the left side with the previous temporary accession number written on it. There are two incisions along the top side and into the back of the block. Each incision is about 8.0cm in from the outside edge. There is tape on the back of the block that says "DAG 326". There are also strips of paper covering parts of the back of block. 3 are located on the right side, and the fourth is on the far left.
