Rectangular wood block with a smooth yellow surface and a black smudge on the middle right side of the front. There are two faint, wavy, green lines across from the black line above the black smudge near to the top right portion of the block. There is a label with the previous temporary number written on it on the left side of the block. There are pencil markings on the back of the block in the shape of a cross in the middle of the top portion.
