A photo of a worker removing a cured piece of meat from a barrel. The image comes from a scrapbook filled with images of the Swift Current Co-operative Horse Packing Plant, a meat processing plant. An Open House was held on July 4, 1946, one year after the plant's opening, and may be when this photo was taken. "Pickle Cellar // Meat comming [sic] out of cure is trimmed & pack for shipping" is written on back, and "936" is stamped.~root~>
