Neck piece, similar to the shape of a cravat but thicker. It has tiny holes where it has perhaps been pinned together at the front of the neck. The neck piece is also lined with batting, and is black with printed pink roses and green leaves.
According to the donor, "...belonged to Miss (Dolly) Lines and willed to Keith Esche. A number of items originally belonged to Miss Lines' parents, likely brought from Germany."
