July 4 1946
A photo of a worker sealing barrels of pickled horse meat for curing. The image comes from a scrapbook filled with images of the Swift Current Co-operative Horse Packing Plant, a meat processing plant. An Open House was held on July 4, 1946, one year after the plant's opening, and may be when this photo was taken. ~root~>
