Description Red and white elastic belt. The belt has three stripes lengthwise, and has a silver belt buckle that is shaped like a snake. The belt was owned by Lt. Col. William Van Allen of the 16/22nd Saskatchewan Horse, and 14th Canadian Light Horse / Hussars.
