Description Transcript of a speech given by Very Rev. James Endicott on 11 May 1952. Mr Endicott is introducing his son, James G Endicott, in reference to his missionary trip to China and his accusations that the United States are using germ warfare in China. The speech was sponsored by the Canadian Peace Congress, and was delivered at a Peace Rally at the Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto.
