Description Carbon copy of an order form issued by the Saskatchewan Relief Commission, Local Transfer of Feed and Fodder. According to the form, 10 bushels of feed wheat were issued to Edwin Hepper of Arbuthnot, Saskatchewan, whose land is described on the paper. The wheat is charged to the Saskatchewan Relief Commission, in Rural Municipality 105 (Glen Bain). The form was also signed by the RM Secretary and Reeve on December 12, 1933.
