Description Small cotton dress, for an infant. The dress has lace trim around the neck, as well as lace insets and ribbon on the chest. It also has scalloped cuffs, an eyelet hem, and buttons behind the neck. Owned by Catherine Finell as a child, born 2 July 1920. It was made by her mother Florence White.
