Description Report regarding a month's audit of the City Departments' accounting and record keeping systems. It was ordered by City Council in November 1957 and was carried out by Wik, Jeffery, Stark & Millard Chartered Accountants. The report states the problems in detail and recommendations to fix those problems. Inserted is a copy of a memo sent to the Department Heads prior to the audit, informing them of said audit.

Marques/étiquettes "309" is written in pen on a tab on the front. There seems to be residue from a round sticker that would also have had a number. There are also numerous pen marks throughout the report, fixing errors in the typing.
