Description A letter to J F Herman of the Hudson's Bay Company. Herman was inquiring into land in Swift Current. Specifically Lots 30 and 31 of Block 56, Ontario Place. A local land dealer, John T Haight, sent the letter to inform Herman that Block 56 did not exist, and to dissuade him from obtaining property around Ontario Place. The letter is dated 25 February 1921.
