Description A report on the "Examination of Consumer Concerns n Southwest Saskatchewan and Recommendations for their Resolution". Rural towns were mostly concerned with the decline of rural towns. Swift Current consumers specifically disliked certain aspects of service in town. The report also discusses other business-related issues.

Marks/Labels "801" and a circled "155" are written in pen on a tab or sticker on the front. There seems to be residue from a round sticker that would also have had a number. There is also a scribble resembling "Fils" in the top left corner.
