Description Annual report for Swift Currents health region from 1989 to 1990. The report details the region's relevant staff and their work over the preceding months.

Marks/Labels "404" and "180" are written in pen on two separate tabs or stickers on the front cover. There seems to be marks of another circular sticker in the top right corner. There is also a stamp on the front that reads: "Received Jun 27 1990 City Clerks Office City of Swift Current".
