A classic cast iron, grooved pineapple design with a central striker held by a closed hand lever and secured by a pin. It was introduced in May of 1918. Manufactured so that it could also be fired with a cup discharger mounted on a rifle's muzzle and launched using a balastite blank cartridge. The lethal range was about 27m and had a danger range of about 91m. Has a Mark 25 bottom. INERT
