Description Image of a man dressed as Uncle Sam standing in the entranceway to a movie theatre, the Eagle Theatre, he is dressed in a costume for the 1939 Frontier Days parade, International Days, June 30 to July 1, the man is Stan Boulton, winner of a car that was raffled off during Frontier Days. In a "Panel-Art Snapshots" photo album, "Subject: International Days Celebration // Date June 30th July 1st 1939 // Swift Current, Saskatchewan 'International City'" written on back, 2009.46.12-21 are all in the same album.
