Description A bell shaped candle extinguisher with a round handle that is welded on to the bell area which is used to extinguish a candle. On the top of the bell shaped piece is a heart that has space between the top and bottom of the heart. At the top of the bell shaped piece are some grooved lines thich are barely visible.
