Description A partially built building - Negative, image of a partially built building, a crowd of people in the partial structure, people sitting in chairs, a man speaking at a microphone, the building is W.A. Beatty Collegiate, built in 1948 as a technical school, part of SCCI. Public library building is visible (?). Found in an envelope of negatives, labeled as used in the 1950 SCCI yearbook.
