Description Ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the Saskatchewan Landing Bridge. Tommy Douglas is cutting the ribbon, June 20, 1951. Four unidentified men and one woman at the ribbon, "CHAB" on microphone, a local radio station. One of the small photos that is part of the composite 1997.4.1312.
